Begin your healing journey with a comprehensive evaluation. This session includes assessments of your posture, flexibility, stability, and movement patterns to identify areas for improvement. The findings are compiled into a personalized PDF report that outlines how these insights will inform your tailored fitness program. We'll review this report together to ensure it aligns with your personal goals.

Engage in personalized one-on-one corrective exercise coaching tailored to your unique goals and needs. Available in 30- or 60-minute sessions (in office and online via Zoom), each appointment is designed to address your specific concerns and objectives.

In-Office
Experience a personalized, hands-on stretching session designed to alleviate muscle and joint stiffness. In this private appointment, your therapist will gently guide your body through targeted stretches, allowing you to fully relax while addressing tightness in your muscles and fascia. This approach aims to enhance circulation, improve joint range of motion, and promote overall mobility. Sessions are available in 45- or 90-minute durations to suit your needs.​

This session focuses on calming the nervous system before beginning any corrective exercise. Through gentle breathwork and guided awareness, we help your body shift out of stress mode and into a state where it can better release tension and respond to movement. When needed, somatic integration creates the foundation for deeper bodywork, allowing corrective exercises to be more effective and sustainable.

This strategy session is designed to help you refocus on your goals or shift direction when life changes. It’s completely natural for your needs and priorities to evolve and this session gives you the space to talk through what’s changed and map out your next best steps. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a reset, we’ll realign your goals and get you back on the path that fits where you are now.
